With a background in both policing and customer service, Jodie brings a unique blend of empathy, professionalism, and communication skills to her role as Care Team Coordinator. Jodie truly understands the emotional and physical journey of our surgery patients, providing a compassionate ear from the initial enquiry through to post-surgery care. Jodie is also excited to be learning Avery’s non-surgical services and implementing her own skincare journey, finding time after raising her children in the country and then moving to our coastal paradise.
