At Avery Aesthetics, we are committed to providing exceptional care and service. To honour the time and expertise of our clinical team and ensure fair access to appointments for all clients, we have updated our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Appointment Prepayment
- A $100 prepayment is required at the time of booking any treatment, and from the 1st of July 2025, a consultation appointment.
- This prepayment secures your appointment and reflects the time specifically allocated by our registered nurses, dermal clinicians, and administrative team for your personalised care.
- The $100 is not a deposit toward future appointments; it applies to the specific date and time booked.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Terms
- A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or appointment reschedules.
- Cancellations or rescheduling within 72 hours, or failure to attend, will result in forfeiture of the $100 prepayment.
- No exceptions will be made, including for illness or unforeseen circumstances. While we acknowledge that life can be unpredictable, short-notice cancellations still have a significant impact on our team and business.
- This policy reflects the respect we place on our clinicians’ time and the limited appointment availability that is held just for you.

- At Avery Aesthetics, we are committed to delivering an exceptional standard of care and service. To maintain this, we rely on mutual respect between our clients and our clinical team.
- The time reserved for your appointment reflects not only the availability of our experienced registered nurses and dermal clinicians, but also the behind-the-scenes preparation involved in tailoring your care. Short-notice cancellations and reschedules can significantly impact the team and limit access for other clients.
- While we understand that illness and unforeseen events occur, the effect on our clinicians’ time remains the same. Accordingly, we uphold this policy without exception to ensure fairness and operational continuity.
- This approach is consistent with the principles outlined under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which supports businesses in enforcing reasonable cancellation policies where time and resources have been allocated for a service.
- We ask for your cooperation and understanding, and we thank you for respecting our time as we do yours.
Effective from 1 July 2025
As part of our commitment to delivering premium care and expert advice, Avery Aesthetics will transition from complimentary consultations to a 45-minute, in-depth consultation model at a fee of $100.
Terms and Conditions:
- From 1 July 2025, all standard consultations at Avery Aesthetics will be charged at $100 for a 45-minute appointment with our experienced registered nursing and dermal clinicians.
- The $100 consultation fee is redeemable on the day of your consultation toward any in-clinic skincare purchaseor treatment performed as part of your consultation.
- Redemption is only available on the same day and cannot be carried forward to future appointments or purchases.
- Clients must inform the team at the time of booking (online or via phone) if they wish to have a treatment during their consultation.
- Eligible skincare products include any available in-clinic brands: SkinCeuticals, Synergie Skin, Revision Skincare, and Procell.
- Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the $100 fee.
- No exceptions will be made. This policy reflects the high value and demand for our team's time and expertise.
- This change reflects our focus on providing a high standard of personalised care and education in a clinical setting, supported by skilled practitioners and medical-grade products.
- These terms are compliant with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and NSW Fair Trading guidelines, and do not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Package Validity:
All aesthetic service packages must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused services will expire and are non-refundable.
Booking Appointments:
Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. We recommend booking sessions ahead of time to ensure preferred dates and times.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
We require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the session and your prepayment being forfeited.
Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable:
Packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named at the time of purchase. All package sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
Medical Eligibility:
All services are subject to a consultation and medical assessment. If at any point a service is deemed unsuitable for medical reasons, we will offer alternative treatments where possible.
Package Modifications:
The provider reserves the right to modify the services included in the package with comparable alternatives, if necessary, due to changes in product availability or best practices in treatment.
Effective from 1 July 2025
As part of your ongoing care, patients of Avery Reconstructive & Aesthetic Plastic Surgery are eligible for 10% off full-priced light, laser, and device-based treatments at Avery Aesthetics.
Terms and Conditions:
- This offer is available exclusively to post-surgical patients of Avery Reconstructive & Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and is non-transferable.
- The 10% off applies only to individual, full-priced light, laser and device-based treatments performed at Avery Aesthetics.
- The 10% off does not apply to:
- Any other treatment types, including but not limited to consultations, cosmetic injectables, peels, and other skin treatments, or body services
- Skincare products
- Packages, bundles, promotional offers, or services already reduced in price.
- Clients must advise reception at the time of booking to ensure the 10% off is applied.
- This offer is valid from 1 July 2025 until further notice and may be amended or withdrawn at Avery Aesthetics’ discretion, with reasonable notice.
- These terms are consistent with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and NSW Fair Trading regulations, and do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
